Full house paint work was completed today. It workmanship was professional and carried out in a timely manner. People were courteous and work was meticulous from start to finish including final housekeeping. They said 4 days and finished all work in 3 days, with full focus.

It depends on your tenancy agreement and your landlord. Read the clause on handing the flat back, and ask your landlord or agent what they expect before you book. If they want the walls repainted, the whole flat in white starts from $600, and one room is $300.
Yes. One room is $300 in white, walls and ceiling, two full coats, with the same prep and covering as a whole flat. Nail holes and hairline cracks are filled free.
Tell us your date on WhatsApp and we reply the same day to say if we can make it. The painting itself takes one to two days for a 3-room or smaller, two to three days for a 4-room or 5-room, and three to four days for an executive or maisonette.
Yes. We can collect the keys from your agent and paint without you there. When we finish, we send you photos of every room on WhatsApp. You get a written invoice with the full scope before any money moves.
If you claim your actual rental expenses, IRAS lists painting as an allowable maintenance cost, and from YA 2022 that includes upkeep while the flat is empty between tenants, as long as you made reasonable efforts to find a new tenant. The 15% deemed expenses that IRAS pre-fills replace your actual expenses, so on that option the painting is not claimed separately. Keep our invoice for at least 5 years, and check your own case with IRAS.
Our move-out price is for white. If the flat has other colours, we bring Nippon colour cards to the free site inspection to find the nearest shade, and quote it before we start.
