Scraping, sanding, caulking and masking before a brush touches the wall. This is where a paint job is won or lost.
We move it, sheet it and tape it. You do not need to hire movers or empty the flat.
Ceilings get two coats of Nippon Matex White Anti-Mould on every package.
Palm-sized patches, nail holes and hairline cracks are filled free. We do not count them.

Sealer is $600 on top. Two coats, surface prep, masking and furniture protection are inside every one of those prices. Add sealer and 10% comes off the total, so an Executive Premium with sealer is $2,025 instead of $2,250.
Three to four days for an Executive. Most customers stay in the flat. Premium, Luxury and Ultra Luxury use Nippon odour-less paint, which is what to pick if a baby, an elderly parent, a cat or a dog, or someone with asthma is sleeping there that night.
Sealer is what the topcoat bonds to. A new BTO wall is still curing and drinks paint unevenly. An older HDB wall that has been painted four or five times is chalky and porous. Sealing first is the only way we can promise the paint will not lift, which is why the 1-year workmanship warranty applies to jobs done with sealer. For an Executive it is $600, and it earns the 10% discount.
Yes. A 5-bedder condo is priced as an Executive, from the same table, and we confirm the size at the free site inspection.
Yes, for the scope we agree at the free site inspection. Two coats, surface prep, masking, furniture and floor protection, and free plastering for palm-sized patches are all inside the package price. The only things that cost extra are on the add-on list, and we tell you about them at the inspection, not on the last day.
