Privacy notice
Last updated 19 September 2026
Eco Painting Service Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202220293H) is a painting contractor in Singapore. This notice explains what personal data we collect when you contact us or use this website, what we use it for, and how to reach us about it.
What we collect
- When you send the form on this website: your name, mobile number, property type and size, preferred timing, and anything you write in the message box.
- When you WhatsApp, call or email us: your name, number or email address, what you tell us about the job, and any photos you send.
- When we quote or do a job: the property address, the details of the job, and your quotes, invoices and payments.
What we use it for
To reply to you, inspect the property, prepare your quote, schedule the work, invoice you and handle any warranty call. We also measure which of our Google, Facebook and Instagram ads bring enquiries (see below). We do not sell your details, and we do not put you on a mailing list.
Where it is kept
Our quote and job records are kept in Google Sheets and Google Drive, and form enquiries also reach our Gmail inbox. WhatsApp messages and photos stay in WhatsApp on our company phones, and WhatsApp handles them under its own terms. Invoices may also be kept in our invoicing software. We share your details only with these services, with our accountants and auditors when they check our books, and when the law requires it.
Ads, cookies and measurement
This website runs the Google tag for Google Ads. It sets cookies that record whether you arrived from one of our Google ads, and it tells Google when a visitor taps WhatsApp, a phone number or our email address, uses the price calculator, or sends the form. That is how we see which ads bring enquiries. Google may also use it to show our ads to people who have visited this website.
The same Google tag also runs Google Analytics, which uses its own cookies to record the pages you view and how you use them, such as scrolling and taps on links, so we can see how visitors use the site.
When you send the form, the website also sends Google a scrambled (hashed) copy of your mobile number, so Google can match the enquiry to an ad click. Your number is never sent to Google in readable form.
If an enquiry becomes a job, we may tell Google Ads that the ad click led to a booking. That report carries the ad click reference and the job value, never your name or number.
This website also runs the Meta Pixel for our Facebook and Instagram ads. It sets cookies that record whether you arrived from one of those ads, and it tells Meta when a visitor opens a page, taps WhatsApp, a phone number or our email address, or sends the form. It is set up not to read anything you type into the form. Meta may also use it to show our ads to people who have visited this website.
Cloudflare, which hosts this website, handles technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the site, and counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies. The page's fonts load from Google Fonts.
The website keeps a few small items in your own browser: the ad click reference (for up to 90 days), a visit reference, a note of which contact links you tapped during the visit, and a copy of the form if it could not send, so it can try again.
You can turn off personalised ads at myadcenter.google.com, and read how Google uses data from websites like this one at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. For Facebook and Instagram, you can choose whether activity from websites like this one is used to show you ads at accountscenter.facebook.com/ad_preferences.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and job records only as long as we need them for the reasons above. Invoices and payment records are kept for as long as Singapore law requires of business records, currently five years. You can ask us to delete an enquiry that did not go ahead.
Your choices
You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent for us to use it. Email ecopaintingservicesg@gmail.com or WhatsApp 8093 8885. Our data protection officer can be reached at the same email address.
Changes
If anything here changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
